Juniper Networks, operating in secure, AI-native networks, has deepened its strategic partnership with ServiceNow, aiming to redefine service automation for the telecommunications sector.

By integrating Juniper’s AI-native Mist platform with ServiceNow’s Telecom Service Management, Inventory and Sales & Order Management solutions, the collaboration delivers a first-of-its-kind, end-to-end automation suite tailored to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and enterprise clients.

The new offering combines Juniper’s wired, wireless and SD-WAN capabilities with ServiceNow’s workflow and service automation portfolio to accelerate time-to-value, reduce operational complexity and improve network reliability.

Deutsche Telekom (DT) has already begun leveraging the integrated solution as part of its Secure Networking for Enterprise managed services. By using the Provisioning & Deployment capabilities embedded within the solution, DT has significantly shortened the time-to-value for its customers while enhancing the agility and scalability of its service offerings.

The certified integration combines Juniper Mist’s AI-driven Assurance products across wired, wireless and WAN environments with ServiceNow’s robust suite of tools, including automated onboarding, asset visibility, order management and intelligent ticketing.

The tools now work in tandem to support Day 0, Day 1 and Day 2+ operations, enabling telecommunications providers to manage full lifecycle operations with greater insight, responsiveness and control.
