Tech Mahindra & ServiceNow Drive 50% Efficiency for CSPs

Tech Mahindra, a global provider of technology consulting and digital transformation services, has partnered strategically with ServiceNow to deliver a next-generation broadband solution for Communication Service Providers (CSPs).
The collaboration integrates Tech Mahindra's headquarters in India and its domain expertise with ServiceNow's robust platform capabilities.
This will enable CSPs to modernise infrastructure, streamline operations and enhance service delivery across rural, suburban and urban markets.
The joint solution combines advanced automation, AI-driven analytics and cloud-native architectures to support the full broadband lifecycle—from planning and deployment to customer experience and revenue generation.
It aims to reduce operational complexity, increase scalability and accelerate global broadband rollouts.
Integrated platform for Next-Gen CSP operations
At the core of the offering is Tech Mahindra's netOps.now platform, which is built on ServiceNow's Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) product suite.
The platform delivers a vertically integrated solution that unifies key CSP functions such as customer care, operations, order management and partner ecosystems.
Designed to meet the demands of next-generation networks, the solution includes support for Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), intelligent automation, open-source OSS frameworks and service orchestration. It is built to help CSPs improve operational efficiency by up to 50% and reduce time to market through standardised processes and real-time visibility.
Atul Soneja, Chief Operating Officer, Tech Mahindra, stated: "The telco industry faces increasing pressure to modernise legacy systems, streamline network management and enhance operational agility.
"Our partnership with ServiceNow will address these challenges and empower broadband providers to deliver high-speed connectivity, drive digital inclusion and create value for communities globally.
"With an industry-leading zero-touch broadband operations platform, we will enable customers to seamlessly address connectivity challenges across rural, suburban and urban markets."
Enabling seamless, scalable rollouts
The partnership provides CSPs with a future-ready broadband delivery model that supports the growing demand for Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS).
The joint solution supports scalable, rapid fibre rollouts and dynamic service activation through intelligent process automation and AI-driven decision-making. It aligns with the industry's move towards converged networks and software-defined operations.
Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow recently demonstrated the platform's efficacy through a successful implementation with a leading FibreCo in Germany.
The deployment consolidated 22 disparate legacy systems into a single unified platform using the full ServiceNow TMT suite. Results included a 20% reduction in fibre rollout time, enhanced fulfilment automation and significant reductions in order fallouts.
"Partnerships succeed best when we lean into our unique skills and expertise and have a clear view into the problem we're trying to solve," said Erica Volini, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Industries, Partners and Go-to-Market, ServiceNow.
"Tech Mahindra's solutions with ServiceNow will help our customers provide the seamless experiences that their customers expect today. I am thrilled to see the continued innovation we will achieve together to help organisations succeed in the era of digital business."
Driving growth and digital inclusion
As global broadband consumption continues to surge, the partnership between Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow marks a significant milestone in enabling CSPs to keep pace with rising demand while delivering superior experiences.
The solution supports inclusive digital infrastructure development by addressing operational and customer-facing challenges.
The collaborative framework modernises existing networks and opens new avenues for service monetisation, partner ecosystem integration and faster time-to-value. It empowers CSPs to focus on innovation, customer-centricity and competitive differentiation in an evolving digital landscape.
Positioned at the intersection of connectivity, cloud and customer experience, the Tech Mahindra–ServiceNow alliance represents a blueprint for the future of broadband delivery.
It combines automation, intelligence and agility to equip service providers with the tools needed to thrive in the next wave of digital transformation.
