Connect44 Expands Sunrise NOC Services Across Switzerland

Like a Swiss timepiece, the partnership between Connect44 and Sunrise operates with precision, reliability and Swiss engineering principles. The two companies have expanded their collaboration through enhanced Fixed Network Operations Centre (NOC) services, applying the same meticulous attention to detail that characterises Swiss manufacturing to telecommunications infrastructure.

Francis Schmeer, Group CEO at Connect44, manages operations across 12 European markets and Malaysia from the company’s Swiss headquarters. “As Connect44 and Sunrise are both Swiss companies, we share certain important cultural values: quality, precision, innovation, timeliness and reliability,” Francis states. 

The partnership, which began in 2014, now encompasses 24/7 network monitoring, automated fault detection and multilingual technical support delivered with the exacting standards expected in Swiss business culture.
