The partnership unites SYMPHONY’s network and Telehouse’s AI-ready data centres to boost cloud connectivity and drive digital change across ASEAN at scale

A strategic partnership has been announced between SYMPHONY Communication Public Company Limited, a leading Thai digital infrastructure and telecom provider, and Telehouse Thailand, a global colocation and interconnection specialist.

The collaboration is set to merge SYMPHONY’s extensive fibre network and cloud services with Telehouse’s high-performance data centre infrastructure. This move could strengthen Thailand’s role as a digital gateway for the ASEAN region.

The collaboration will see SYMPHONY leverage Telehouse's AI-ready facilities to enhance its service offerings. This integration of network capabilities and data centre resources aims to provide a robust foundation for enterprises undergoing digital transformation across Southeast Asia.

Expanding cloud and data centre connectivity

At the core of the partnership is the SYMPHONY CLOUD platform, which provides Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS), Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) and Managed Cloud solutions. By hosting these services within Telehouse Thailand’s advanced data centre in Bangkok, SYMPHONY can integrate cloud and network resources into a single environment optimised for performance and security.

This setup offers low-latency interconnection to multiple cloud providers and carriers. Such connectivity is important for businesses in sectors such as finance, manufacturing and logistics that require secure and scalable high-speed access.

The partnership aims to provide a seamless infrastructure that supports organisations as they scale their operations.

Alex Loh, CEO of SYMPHONY, says: “SYMPHONY is proud to collaborate with Telehouse in strengthening Thailand’s position as a key digital hub in the ASEAN region.

"Together, we are building a powerful foundation of cloud and connectivity that enables enterprises to grow globally with confidence. This partnership reinforces our commitment to deliver exceptional infrastructure that promotes innovation and growth across the region.”

Enhancing cross-border network resilience

The collaboration will integrate SYMPHONY’s high-capacity fibre and submarine cable networks with Telehouse’s global data centre footprint.

This enables direct connectivity between Thailand and major digital markets, including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Europe. For enterprises and service providers, this integration provides greater cross-border resilience and simplified access to multi-cloud environments.

This enhanced connectivity is particularly relevant as AI and other data-intensive workloads are increasingly adopted across Southeast Asia. Reliable infrastructure is needed to support these demands. Telehouse Thailand’s Bangkok data centre is engineered to meet Tier III and enterprise-class reliability standards, offering a guaranteed 99.999% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) and 4 fully diverse fibre routes for network redundancy.

Ken Miyashita, Managing Director of Telehouse Thailand, explains: “It is a pleasure to support our valuable partner, SYMPHONY, and their customers’ growth. Our robust interconnection ecosystem empowers enterprises to harness AI-driven and cloud-based services with greater agility, scalability, and reliability.”

Building sustainable and secure digital infrastructure

As digital transformation accelerates, Thailand is positioning itself as a strategic hub for cloud computing and data interconnection.

The partnership between SYMPHONY and Telehouse directly supports this national vision by advancing the infrastructure needed for efficient, sustainable data exchange.

The facility is powered entirely by renewable energy and holds I-REC certification, aligning with both partners’ sustainability objectives.

Furthermore, the data centre complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring a high level of data security for financial institutions and service providers.

This focus on security and sustainability reflects broader industry priorities, particularly as rising power demands from AI and cloud operations become a key consideration for data centre operators.

SYMPHONY’s network already links key business districts in Thailand to data centres and cloud regions across ASEAN. By adding Telehouse’s global interconnection ecosystem, SYMPHONY creates a new level of redundancy and reach.

This supports hyperscale operators and carriers seeking reliable infrastructure for AI workloads and multi-region data strategies, making a major step in Thailand’s journey to become a central digital hub for the region.
