Northstar Enterprise + Defense teams up with Bridgepointe Technologies to speed deployment of modular data centres and hardened ILA solutions for AI

Northstar Enterprise + Defense, part of Northstar Technologies Group, is partnering with Bridgepointe Technologies to accelerate the rollout of modular data centres and hardened In-Line Amplifier (ILA) solutions in AI-driven enterprise, hyperscale and telecom markets.

The collaboration pairs Northstar’s factory-built modular systems with Bridgepointe’s advisory-led sales model and national client network.

The aim is to reduce construction timelines and capital risk while providing AI-ready, high-density infrastructure at both the edge and core of modern networks.

As AI inference, hybrid cloud and latency-sensitive workloads expand, demand for distributed infrastructure grows.

Traditional data centre builds can take 18 to 24 months, a timescale increasingly misaligned with GPU-driven compute cycles and rapid network expansion.

Factory-built modular platforms

Northstar Enterprise + Defense addresses deployment delays with factory-manufactured modular systems engineered for rapid installation and predictable performance.

Its modular data centres and ILA solutions support high-density compute, edge AI workloads and carrier-grade network infrastructure in urban, remote and high-risk locations.

The systems are built from proprietary fibre-reinforced polymer composites.

Structures are rated for impact resistance exceeding 250mph in High Velocity Hurricane Zones and provide UL 752 ballistic protection up to Level 8.

They also meet ASTM E84 Class A and ASTM E119 one-hour fire resistance standards.

Non-conductive and non-porous materials reduce air and water infiltration while resisting corrosion, mould and termites.

Northstar says that thermally efficient envelopes improve energy performance and prefabrication shortens build cycles compared with conventional concrete and steel construction.

Paul Inglese, CEO of Northstar Technologies Group

Paul Inglese, CEO of Northstar Technologies Group, says: “By combining advanced composite materials with factory-built modular design, we've created a platform that delivers data centre and network infrastructure at the speed of modern silicon, AI workloads and mission requirements.”

Northstar’s composite-based systems are designed to support AI-ready data centres, distributed edge nodes, fibre regeneration sites and resilient network hubs, removing physical constraints that can restrict digital infrastructure growth.

Aligning infrastructure with AI growth

As power densities rise and AI clusters scale, providers must align infrastructure deployment with evolving compute architectures.

Paul adds: “The future of digital infrastructure is no longer tied to concrete, steel or multi-year construction cycles. This partnership with Bridgepointe allows us to bring that capability to enterprise and carrier customers now, not years from now.”

Kyle McLaughlin, Chief Sales Officer of Northstar Technologies Group, says: “This partnership is as much about market execution as it is about technology. Bridgepointe understands how enterprises buy, deploy and scale infrastructure.

“Aligning our modular data centre and composite-based solutions with their advisory approach allows us to reach customers earlier, shorten sales cycles and deliver infrastructure that directly supports AI, edge computing and network expansion strategies.”

Expanding enterprise reach

The collaboration also broadens Northstar’s market approach.

Bridgepointe Technologies advises mid-market and enterprise organisations on connectivity, cloud and data centre solutions.

By integrating with Bridgepointe’s advisory model, Northstar can engage customers earlier in AI and network expansion projects.

Mel Melara, SVP of Data Center & Cloud at Bridgepointe Technologies

Mel Melara, SVP of Data Center & Cloud at Bridgepointe Technologies, says: “Northstar's modular data center and advanced composite infrastructure solutions align perfectly with our mission.

“Together, we're helping clients deploy resilient, future-ready infrastructure faster and more efficiently.”

Mel notes that clients gain access to turnkey modular facilities engineered for high-density compute and low-latency networking, supporting both core data centre deployments and distributed edge environments.

By combining modular construction with composite-based design, the partnership enables faster, more reliable deployment of AI-ready infrastructure.

Enterprises and carriers can scale digital infrastructure across urban, remote and high-risk locations while maintaining performance, resilience and compliance with safety standards.

The collaboration reflects the growing demand for infrastructure that keeps pace with AI, hybrid cloud and next-generation networking requirements, providing a route to deploy distributed, high-density solutions without waiting for conventional construction cycles.
